Raised in both Mexico City and the United States, he is fluent in Spanish and brings a deep understanding of both cultures to his work.

He spent 25 years with a major international airline, rising through operational and administrative roles—from airport agent and supervisor to trainer, manager, director, and ultimately corporate vice president—working in offices in both Mexico and the United States. He later served as Regional Director for a leading international franchise development firm based in California. Throughout his career, he traveled extensively across the United States, Europe, Africa, and many Latin American countries, partnering with domestic and international organizations and delivering conferences and seminars in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Winney holds two doctoral degrees, a PhD in Intercultural Studies and a Doctor of Ministry degree, in addition to his graduate studies in Business Administration from the ITAM University in Mexico City.
