Dr. George Winney possesses a unique set of qualifications, making his consulting practice appealing to numerous organizations in today’s rapidly evolving socio-economic and cultural landscapes. He is fluent in Spanish, having been raised in Mexico City and the United States, where he grew up immersed in both cultures.

He worked for 25 years at a major international airline in various operational and administrative roles, including airport agent, supervisor, trainer, manager, director, and ultimately corporate vice-president, with offices in Mexico and the United States. He has traveled extensively throughout the United States and many other countries, working with domestic, international, and cross-cultural enterprises. He also worked as a Regional Director for a major international franchise development company based in California.

He holds two doctoral degrees, a PhD in Intercultural Studies and a Doctor of Ministry degree, in addition to his graduate studies in Business Administration from the ITAM University in Mexico City.
